Passenger Yoan Arley Toledo
Yoan Arley Toledo is one of the most exciting young producers to emerge from our longstanding Divino Niño partnership in recent years. In 2024, we featured a Copa de Oro-winning selection from Yoan on our Reserve Lot menu, and this latest release offers another example of the skill and dedication that have made his coffees stand out. More recently, Yoan's father, Edernoman Toledo Charry, also earned top honors at the 2025 Copa de Oro, showcasing the depth of talent within the Toledo family. We look forward to continuing to follow the work of this remarkable father-son duo and sharing more of their coffees in the years to come. This washed pink bourbon separation from Yoan’s 2025 harvest balances an excellent depth of brown sugar sweetness with flavors of raspberry jam, stone fruit, and mouth-watering blood orange acidity.
