Add filtered water to your desired cup marker.

Weigh (or scoop) the corresponding amount of coffee and grind to Medium-Fine consistency.
Place the coffee filter in the brew basket and add the ground coffee. Place the basket back in place.
If using the Moccamaster, make sure the basket is in the fully open position.
Turn the brewer on to start the brewing process.
Wait for brewing to complete and enjoy!
