This natural process Reserve Lot comes from the Haro Wachu washing station located in the Guji Zone of Ethiopia’s Oromia region. It's our latest offering from renowned producer Ture Waji and his talented team at Sookoo Coffee, whose past lots include familiar favorites such as Bookkisa and Shoondhisa. This lot exhibits classic characteristics of a natural-processed Ethiopian coffee, with vibrant blueberry notes and delicate lavender-like florals beautifully integrated with a medley of juicy stone fruits and rich milk chocolate.
