The Specialty Coffee industry has raised the price ceiling for many coffee producers, sometimes purchasing small volumes of boutique varieties for remarkably high prices. Still, there is often a tremendous gap between the prices paid for these unique microlots and those paid for the vast majority of coffee from any given harvest.
It is our goal to help bridge this gap, proudly presenting quality coffees that emphasize approachable flavors and represent a genuine investment in specialty coffee as a viable business prospect for producers.
